Assist with Project Management

Project manager required to head up and lead exiting new online B2B platform. Unique business opportunity. Privately owned company seeks senior digital business professional to help manage new award winning online B2B website. I am looking for the right person to provide senior management and strategic direction for the business. Using your extensive business experience and strong sales and management skills, you will work the existing CEO to essentially provide strong sales leadership, talent attraction, strategic input in business development and helping the businesses to develop and extend its specific services in its chosen market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a high calibre candidate. To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience, with a proven track record, in a senior digital manager role. Extensive sales and financial and management experience are prerequisites. An outstanding leader, you will be confident and be a strong strategic thinker who can implement change in difficult diverse market conditions. Initially you will work in partnership with the existing CEO, helping to launch the platform and create a sustainable environment. Experience in launching a digital business and getting to scale with be advantageous. Remuneration – From a commercial prospective this is a new start up,. There are a number of commercial options available for consideration; at the present time this would be considered an opportunity subject to conversation. Primarily it would be based in the interim on a performance related package, with access to equity if success is proven. Are you the right person – The position could be carried out on a part time basis. However any time spent in the business would have to be flexible. The successful person would maybe be in the twilight of a distinguished career, and be driven by the passion to build a successful business. Using the knowledge and hindsight that would come with that domain. The right person would be able to focus on the bigger picture, and not the short-term gain.
