The website should be built using servlet and JSP at the web component layer and Hibernate at the business layer contained within Spring framework. The database should be mysql and the application server should be tomcat. It will be hosted on Linux operating System. The winner of this project should be willing to handover the codes including the build file to our programmers for onward maintenance as well as enhancement, and if need be provide our programmers with necessary assistance to be able to take over from them.
