Alfresco Labs 3.2 Implementation with Several Customizations

This project is to implement Alfresco v. 3.2 Community Edition ECM & WCM ([login to view URL]) on our CentOS 5.x (non-gui) server through remote ssh login. You will have to give an IP address from where you will login, for adjustment to our firewall. If you are on a dynamic IP, we may have to do this every time you change IP. RDBMS to be used is postgreSQL latest stable release preferably using the rpm version available at their site. If you need to custom install, you will have to give reasons for doing so and if they are acceptable, you may build custom postgreSQL rpms on our server. You will first install and test everything at your end and then build it on our server. Since community editions are a daily build, you are to pick your day and then correct that build, rather than choosing a new build with different errors. ECM part will contain all features available with Alfresco, with custom extensions for email, to be discussed (Whether storage of email in rdbms like dbmail or manitou-mail projects) or in Alfresco ECM. Also, custom workflows to be built. Project must interoperate with our CRM project being posted seperately, shortly. WCM part to contain/maintain sites mentioned in our html project mentioned in another requirement on GAF (please do check it out) and some of our other sites that will be coming up, in addition to client sites, requiring modifications & republishing. This is one part where you should be expert at, even though there is not much to do yet. New projects will be posted later for this, once we know that the system will work and we can trust it with client's sites for publishing on to the net. Please be sure that you are not someone who quibbles on slightest modifications to the project scope, because here it may be extended, as we are not very sure what requirements will crop up. A custom skin is to made (should match our corporate site and be changeable) and all mention of Alfresco to be removed with custom String to be provided by us). 30% payment will be withheld in escrow for 6 months for bug-fixing. New features to be added to this such as the planned BPM workflow ([login to view URL]) will be given out as new projects to the same developer, after we have used the system a little bit and have decided the scope of that project. Be very sure that you have these future capabilities and are looking for a long term relationship.
