Bounty Plugin | Minecraft -- 2

Hello freelancers, I was in need of a bounty plugin for my custom faction network. The plugin has to include a total of four commands. When the player does /bounty he/she will be prompt with the other three commands and a short description. This will show when player has executed /bounty - &e&l&nBounty Hunter Commands &e/bounty list &7View currently online players with bounties. &e/bounty add <player> <amount> &7Put a bounty on a player. &e/bounty get <player> &7Display the bounty on specific player. Okay that was all the text. When the player has executed the command /bounty list, the player will be prompted with a GUI. The GUI will look something like this, [login to view URL] It will display if the player is online/offline and the bounty amount. Once the player has successfully collected the bounty it will say, &eYou have collected the bounty on ( x )! &a&l+ $100,000,000 This message will only be broadcasted to the player. After that message has appeared a global message will appear for all online players like this. &8&l<&f&lBounty&8&l>&f (Player'sName)&b has just collected a&f $100,000,000&b bounty for killing (Name)! This message is a global message. This is all the plugin. Please try to stay on budget of $50.
