Charity/Fundraiser TURNKEY Website Design

Hi Everyone In need a complete TURNKEY WEBSITE. It’s going to be based on building charitable sites or shopping malls. It needs a minimum of 20 customized templates with no limits on the amount of templates that can be added. It needs a complete and easy to understand control panel to make any modifications without having to purchase any particular software for me or future buyers. It needs to have a complete marketing kit with advertising templates for the site it self and future owners. It needs to have multiple income streams like Google adsense, Click Bank, Amazon, Commission Junction, EBay, Advertising space, etc. For example, the Turnkey site will be completely automated just take the order and publish. It will also allow to purchase domain name and hosting on the spot and it will allow the purchaser to modify parts of the ready made template and add their own cause and picture gallery or video section to the site or allow to add personal header, footer and a back ground page if the company has their own logo. The site needs to be able to collect donations, names address etc. so a database is essential. It also need a scrolling message or board that can be changed on a daily basis and a blog area an auction area a store front and a community board with gallery to post bdays, special occasion, or anniversary etc. So simple that all they need to do is add their commission account number, logo, picture, website name, add additional organization, etc. in a separate page. If you have experience in charitable sites it will be great but not necessary. It has to have a first-class look I don’t what a boring or dull site. It needs a shopping cart and it has to be installed in my hosting server. I’m looking to build a long term business relation ship for this and future projects. My current budget is $500 dollars and will be paid upon completion of project. As soon as I receive the first layout of the project and how it’s going to look like or description I will pay $100 down to start working on the project. The rest will be paid upon completion.
