I need a chrome extension which can monitor a tab(time interval set by me). Here are some example that I want to do: if a page doesn't contain certain word(or html) --> the extension will refresh the page or run a script (bat or powershell) if a page contains certain word(or html) --> the extension will run a script (bat or powershell) It's better if you can let me to define everything in the extension, e.g. time interval, words and action.

Hello! It sounds like an interesting challenge and very good fit. I have great experience with Chrome extensions, so it will be done in very professional way. As you know Chrome extensions don't have access to file system, so cannot run any .bat / .ps1 file. But I can build a Python script for you, and it will monitor a tab and then execute what you want based on some conditions (contains / doesn't contain certain word). It can be done using the regex match on the html / page text and then using the chrom extension native api to trigger the script. All the params can be made configurable.
