Auto insurance leads telemarketing, additional callers

I am an Insurance broker in Toronto, Ontario, Canada looking for -Qualifed, -Exclusive Auto insurance leads The leads you will provide will be from my surrounding area, ( Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauaga, Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Maple, Stouffville, Scarbourgh, North York etc). The "Qualified" leads will be for clients who have their auto insurance policies coming up for renewal within 3 months of the time the call was made and are interested in obtaining a quote for their car insurance. All leads will be followed up on multiple times within 48 hours, ( by us) to verify legitmacy. Any leads that have renewal dates coming up outside of the 3 month mark will be paid but at a much lower commission rate, ( 10 to 20 percent). I will be offering a commision per VERIFIED lead, paying for performance. Each lead will entail the household's approximate renewal date as well as some preliminary data on the drivers and cars in the household which i have a script to follow for, ( takes 5 - 10 minutes to complete the lead data per household). Payments will be released every week on the following monday for all verified leads. We will supply you will numbers to call for the leads, ( which are valid for 29 days as we will scrub them for DNCL then send them to you) We will provide a rough script for you to use, you may tweak as you see fit to optimize results. You are to strictly follow Ontario's Do not Call Legislation. The campaign will start Wednesday February 9th, 2011. Please place your bids on a per lead basis in a stack of ten. WE will release milestone payments every two leads. Therefore, for someone bidding $10.00 per lead would bid $100.00 with a $20.00 milestone.
