Asterisk - AGI Script Reuired

Hi, We have installed CentOS on a Server. Also have installed the phpMyAdmin. We need a AGI Script to Call the number in the database with the SIP Gateway and update the database with the disposition like Connected, Answering Machine, Busy, Fax, Number Failed Etc. If it rings(Connected), we just need to disconnect, update the DB and move to the other number. There should be an option to increase and decrease the call flow i.e. number of simultaneous calls. The script will automatically stop if no numbers left in the database to call. Once we upload more data to it, it will start calling again. There script should break if the SIP Gateway does not respond or give 403 code. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thanks
