Banner, header and logo designer needed

Hi, I have an internet affiliate marketing businesses. I send PPC traffic to my blogs and then include a link or links on my blog to affiliate offers. I need to improve the look of my blogs to make them look more similar to the offer website that they're promoting. ? For example, if I promote an affiliate offer promoting car insurance, say [login to view URL], I need my site, say, [login to view URL] to look similar to? www.car-insurance.com.? Basically, this means adding a header and logo based on the offer website, in this case,? [login to view URL], plus making some colour, text amendment in Word Press.
