Hi. I have done similar migration few times. Was used tool GAMLN (Google Apps migration for Lotus Notes). This tool provided by Google for Lotus Notes mail migration. Require installing of Lotus server (trial installation can be used). Second way - using POP3 protocol and Lotus Notes client on local PC. Ready to discuss details. I can install Lotus on your side or all this can be installed and migration done on my side. Hello, Best option is to first prepare the data for notes. Then work out if it is to go on cloud or your server or Google docs. To reach this decision the following questions would need to be addressed in detail. a) How often would this repository be accessed ? b) Would an index be required to speed up the search?
