An ideal candidate for the position is likely to be freelancer, initiative, at least willing to invest time. Has very good contact system in UK or Italy or French or Germany or Norway, has the ability and infrastructure required for fast relationship creation. Communicative, speaks English on native level, makes a good impression, has positive aura and some basic marketing skills or affinity/willingness to learn it. For us, guarantee means, that someone takes work seriously and is suitable for organizing, has the mentioned traits to organize patients enterprise-like, turning/expending time on it. The job is payed according to a commission system, where the commission can vary between 8-10% depending on the ratio to be agreed of investment and responsibility, between the partner clinics and the Medical Adviser. Based on our experiences this can result in a much higher salary than a medium level fixed salary and this way the Medical Adviser (You ) is actually highly motivated to find POTENTIAL CLIENTS/PATIENTS for the partner clinics. Payment: We are planning to pay the commission for the regular check up and treatment cases monthly. After the bigger, longer treatments we follow the payment rate of the patient towards you as well.
