CWT Microsof Access Issue Tracking System

Microsoft Access Online offers a template database called "Issue Database" for Access 2003. It is extremely useful, but I need specific features added to it: 1. Password protected access 2. Track the cumulative time spent on an individual issue 3. Simplify the timing process so worker does not have to enter the date and time The password protection would: 1. Allow Administrator to modify all data in table 2. not give workers access to setup part of database 2. not allow workers to delete table information 3. not allow workers to see personal information of workers stored in contacts table The time tracking function would work as described: When a worker logs in to the issue database, I need the worker, let's say worker "A" to register the start time and finish time on an individual issue. Sometimes the worker will work overnight (e.g. 11pm. to 4 a.m.). A day later Worker "A" or possibly Worker "B" logs in and out time on the same issue. (e.g. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Need to track total time all workers spent on issue from initiation of work to completion of project. The start and finish button should be as simple as possilbe: in other words, the worker searches the issue, opens it and clicks the "start" button when they are ready to start work on the issue. When they are done (end of shift for example or can't work project any more that day) they click "end". Or the worker has the option to click "Close Issue" (with an are you sure? option) if all work on the issue is complete. Issue Report: I'd like to be able to show a report on the issue with: The worker(s) who spent time on the issue All the time(s) they spent working on the issue The cumulative time it took to close the issue
