Android Enhancments to existing App - GPS Tracker - ASAP

Hi i have an android app that is currently on the market and working etc. the app is a gps tracker that transmits a users location back to an API/php web service page. What i want is -Auto start on boot by selectable option in settings -Add scrolling to the layouts -Ability to start/stop the app with SMS text - and option in settings for this to be enabled -Recognize response when transmitting location - the app uses a http request to fire of the users location and a response of 0 or 1 is sent back, the app needs to read this response, and either store locations locally(function already there) or continue as normal. -Recognize when there is a GPS fix, at present when gps signal is lost the app still transmits location as normal The app is called GPS tracker on android market (and if you type InstaMapper in it will come up) Please start your proposal with the words "hello gps" - if you dont then i will assume you have not read all of this My conditions are - developer must have experience of android and must be able to show me work i will not create any milestone as i have been messed about to many times and had to pay to get my milestones back when work has not been done, i will pay on completion, End off. If work is not completed within 3 days as this is urgent, i will simply start again with someone else , do not make excuses,if you do not have time to do the work, then do not bid, simple as - you must be able to start work ASAP
