A messaging app utilizing the XMPP protocol

I am looking for a messaging app similar to WhatsApp for iOS, Android and Windows Mobile which uses the XMPP protocol to send and receive messages. Needless to say the app should not have any bugs or experience any crashes. Reliability is a big requirement. If any bugs are found at the delivery stage then we expect the developer to take responsibility to fix them. Further extensions are down the pipe line and we would like the same developer to carry them out if we are happy with the initial product. Logos and general app design will be discussed with the developer and provided as needed. The server side should be implemented using XMPP and each user will be registered based on their telephone number. The server should be secure enough to be deployed over public network. It should also be scalable enough to support any number of users needed. Core features needed are: Fluent user interface is a must. Send text, voice, image, video and GPS locations messages Images and videos can either be taken or recorded directly via camera or can be obtained from the gallery. Audio can be recorded or obtained from a saved file. Contacts who are using the same app are displayed in the contact list Ability to set status and profile picture Show last seen information within the status Shows if messages have been successfully delivered and/or viewed status when a message is sent Profile pictures, and last sent/received message is displayed on the chat thread within the chat window. Support for group chat, and chat rooms can be created similar to popular messaging apps. Support for push and alert notifications As previously mentioned, the app design, overall look and the feel of the app will be provided after speaking with the developer.
