Develop a Touch Friendly Admin Side accessable on all Mobile Devices for a Booking System

The normal view will be the same as a tablet view and will need to have a tablet look and feel in landscape mode so the left hand side(menu options) will be able to be scrolled with your finger/mouse as the right side (main side) stays the same. All images must be crisp and modern and non pixelly. So to sum up the admin side: 1.) Must be mobile phone responsive so the navigation bar will be persistent, both up and bottom like the jquery mobile view here [login to view URL] 2.) tablet and desktop view will be the same and will have to be independent scrolling for left and right like a tablet app would be. 3.) All images and menu bars must be crisp and vectorized no pixellation please 4.) Script is in PHP so php knowledge is a must as well as HTML5 and Jquery knowledge 5.) Must be optimized for touch devices Also the booking side will need to be redone, here is what it looks like so far [login to view URL] then clock on booking It will be the same process as it is now with clicking stylist first, what you want done, and so forth, but everything will have to look a lot nicer and crisper and function better. The same view will be used for both the mobile and tablet/desktop just the size will be adapted to the screen so no scrolling is needed. Also if it is possible to just have a script which doesn't changed pages each step you take in the booking process, so for instance you would click make a booking which would then go to [login to view URL] then from there you click which hair stylist you want then it goes to the next page and you select which service you want then it goes to calendar and you select this from a mobile calendar like this [login to view URL] which turns all the dates available in blue (if possible) then it goes to the time frames you need in a basic button markup view like this [login to view URL], then it goes to the contact form where the customer puts in their phone number, name, and email address and coments and then they press submit and the whole process would all be under [login to view URL] without ever changing pages and this way I would want it so I could simply implement the code into a wordpress site in 1 page.
