I'm an expert AIR for Mobile developer. AIR is an excellent technology for the job as it can deliver a multi-platform product that runs seamlessly on iOS, Android, Desktop and Desktop Browsers, you could even run it on Samsung Smart TVs and the OUYA! (Some extra cost though since more platforms mean extra testing). I have built APIs for big companies in Europe focusing in secure transactions of virtual currencies (credits). I have knowledge in building intuitive secure web administration panels. For a multiplayer game you will need a server that provides you the ability to run a game server (usually not provided in shared hosts), however I have experience in providing workarounds to work on such servers (some small lag should be expected though). To make sure we are on the same page, no real money are going to be credited/debited via the game but only credits. You will be creating the accounts via the web administration panel, your clients are going to be giving you their money so that you credit their game account with credits and they will be coming to you to collect their profit.
