Android appliaction with website interface..in 10 days in 10 days only

Must be able to use on tabs and things like that I am looking for someone who can design a system that works as a virtual update program. Example.. you must create a mobile android application that has website interface... I want the person at front desk to type in a task and i want the person with the android phone to receive the message...and that the phone rings This file inside i have attached is how it should look.. or better how the site should function.. Hotel mansion has purchased my application. I also want that it has a database full of listing of things such as towels soap and i want the place to be able to track what is used The front desk will receive a call from room 3233. The guest on the other end of the phone says. Hello I need more towels. The front desk person says yes will be right with you. The front desk person than goes to the application on the computer enters in the department she needs she has three choices. Manger House keeping Maintenance. Once the front desk person choose which department the task will go to.. She types in Room 3233 needs towels… Everyone in housekeeping has a cell phone (android based) receives the message.. The person that is on that floor or who ever sees the message first will reply back. By clicking on a box Taking care of it….. or something to this extent. Than once the task is completed the same person will click on the box Completed. This will than be listed on the site as well that the person at the front desk can see what is going on. Also the managers from any computer that has this application.. Or if we make it internet based.. Can log into the site or application and view the problems that are needed to be resolved for that day.
