Application for iPhone and android

We need 2 apps that will work for android and iOS and Ipads and other portables. This is the first part of our apps that we will continue building. First step will be a pretty simple application. We will use these 2 as templates. Iphone
[login to view URL] Andoid [login to view URL] This is how we want it: Menu Start page: Here user will see a panel with the menu in a nice way, last part. Reading: Admin will be able to upload .pdf or .jpeg into different categories, from computer. Visitor will be able to choose category first then pick an article depending on the title that will show with small image. The visitor will be able to flip pages and zoom the pages as any e-reader when they click on an article. My articles: Here user will see a list of all articles, both those from .pdf and those articles fetched from website. User can add/edit/delete categories and freely sort the articles. TV: Here our YouTube videos should show. Also possible to loop through all the videos. (No name yet): When visitor clicks here they will come first to a searchbox.
Below it will be ”popular articles”.
Under this it will show ”new articles”. Under this there will be a button named ”help me find correct meal”
So visitor come to form from where they choose different options and a live result will show of articles that match the fields.

When user clicks on article anywhere:
They will first see the article. 
To the right of the article user will see 
Under the article user will see recommended articles, admin will be able to choose which articles that are connected as recommended.
For each article admin will be able to set:
Which articles that are ”recommended” for this article. 
Which articles that is ”different” to this article.
