Apps for all types of DVR serurity remote login by using DDNS hosting or others - repost

1)A smart phone's apps Be able to support on captureing or remote viewing of all types of DVR system. Something like the apps ( iwatch DVR, iDMSS, sloPro, MEyeProV3 etc), u can try it out & take a look, but must be better then this. 2)this application must be able to create account, user name, password, selection of DVR brand, support analogue & ip cameras, support all type of PTZ protocol. Port no. Host name, IP address..... 3) the apps front page must be able to put the company name, logo, website and editable to suit the needs. 4) able to let user to add their favourite site, cameras or DVR system for easy access. 5) able to let user to playback the DVR recorded video, 6) able to control RS485 data signal like trigger the dry contact, alarm system, siren,.... 7)able to talk back by pressing the audio button function if the DVRor camera have the audio input & output. 8) able to use search engine to go some websit to apply DDNS hosting account.
