Checkin by Face Recognition

This application should provide to the user to take a photo from a person face. Based on this photo the application will find the same pic on a local file(off-line) named as "contact data". As soon as it was found the application will show the person data (photo, person code, name, email and mobile phone). If more than one person was found a list of contacts should be show (photo, person code, name, email and mobile phone). If it was not found the app will ask to the user to take the photo again. Based on the contact data list two action shoud be possible, a check box to confirm the check-in and to touch on the photo to update the contact data(Photo, email and phone). If the user touch on the check-in button the application should save the information in a file of check-in (person code, name, date and hour) and show a confirmation message "Presença Confirmada!", If the user touch on the photo the app will show a screen to update the contact data, them the application will save the information on contact data file and show the message "Dados Alterados!" The development should propose the design, but it should be simple to be cheap and fast! Follow the best practices of development.
