I have created images of the detail I would like in an education alphabetic/phonics toddler/pre-school app. There are three sections to this app (ABC, 123 & alphabet song). The ABC & 123 sections both have 4 sub sections which have different phonics sections (in the ABC part) or different counting/number games (in the 123 part). The alphabet song has two different types of song. There will need to be a woman's voice on the app to say phrases with each section and sub-section (eg, "This is A. A says ah. Can you say ah?", "Which is the blue 1?" etc). Please ensure that when bidding on this project that you share a link/links to app's that you have previously created or helped to create. You will be in charge of developing the app and graphics, testing the app, sending it to myself to test to ensure it's what I need and then submitting it to iTunes if there are no issues with the app once complete. I have attached some images for you to get an idea of what I'm looking for. Budget is $250 and therefore I will most likely ignore bids above that amount.
