Dices App for mobile devices

Mobile application for iOS(iphone,ipad) and Android devices needed. This app should simulate two dices (simple dices with dots from 1 to 6). Both dices should look as in 3D (should be sprites not real 3D) and should rotate if user moves the finger or shakes a device. If user moves the finger out or stops shaking a device, dices should fall on a background image on the screen and should display the winning numbers (should be a function to get this numbers for future processing). The scene with falling dices should move into the deep of a screen, not horizontally or vertically. That means dices should look smaller during and after the fall. It's important not to use any 3D or isometric transformation (lying dices should only show one side, but while rotating or falling they should look in 3D), usage of sprites and animation is more preferable while creating this app. App should be developed using cocos2dx for Android and iOS platforms, should look similar on retina and non-retina displays and should be small (in terms of memory usage).
