Android and Iphone application

I need a simple Android/IOS app to do the following: 1. Get an XML feed from the web 2. Process the information into a list view (title, thumbnail, price) ordered by [promotion==1] then datetime added. Promotional items will have a different coloured background 3. On clicking the item in the list go to a new page where the offer title, description, image, price is loaded. There also needs to be a button stating "Find out more", which will go through to a url in a web view according to the url in the xml feed. Second part: Another section of the app will contain a continent list, which will query a different xml feed dependent on which continent is chosen. 1. Get an XML feed from the web of continent names (pre-ordered) with the count of offers. Load this into a list view. 2. Next to the continent name there will be a counter of the number of offers available for that given continent (E.g. UK & Ireland (10) - ideally this will be in a red circle) 3. On clicking a continent name the user will be taken to a list view with offers specific to the continent, again ordered by [promotion==1] then datetime added. Promotional items will have a different coloured background. 4. On clicking the item in the list go to a new page where the offer title, description, image, price is loaded. There also needs to be a button stating "Find out more", which will go through to a url in a web view according to the url in the xml feed. Other bits: Developer will be responsible for graphic and it will need to look native on both devices. A basic mock-up will help your bid. Will need help with adding the app to the App store and Google Play store Payment: 50% on app completion, other 50% will be received once the app is live on the app store and Google play store.
