Build 3 Stage Web Scraper To Systematically Collect Data and Store in MySQL (Mobile Packet Emulation Needed)

Looking for a developer to scrape data from LinkedIn in 3 stages using a windows technologies and mobile android (or ios) emulation or mobile packet emulation. Stage 1 - Need to query LinkedIn and crawl search results only for the following: First Name; Last Name; Title; Company; Location; Industry; Current; Basic Profile URL. Store data to MySQL db. Note (may need to visit profile page to get real profile URL). Stage 2 - Use LinkedIn mobile app emulation (android or ios) to send connection requests to the profiles stored in the database. IMPORTANT: Needs to make it look like the connections are being made using the mobile app. Some kind of mobile emulation will need to be used. Stage 3 - Listening service to scrape contact data as soon as connection request is made. The contact info of the profile should be scraped and stored in the MySQL db with the existing profile data. Contact data: email; phone/mobile; twitter; Notes: -Stage 1 will likely use 1 premium account with unlimited searches. Stage 2 and 3 will likely use multiple free accounts to make connections and scrape contact data. In the event an account is banned before connection can be made then a new account will pickup and attempt to make a new request. -Any programming technology can be used as long as the objective (collecting targeted contact data) can be accomplished. Phantom .js; node .js; LinkedIn API; etc. - May need page throttling to control the scraping speed so that too many pages are not crawled too quickly. May need research to determine.
