Change JSON from embedded in app to pull from server (already have json on server)

Hello, I'd be happy to make this change for you. How often does this list change? Should it pull it down each time the app launches? Or cache it and only update it every X number of days? Do you want to keep the embedded JSON file in the bundle in case there are server issues to have a fallback? Thanks for the consideration
