Customer scans the barcode of the item they wish to purchase when its on sale. The customers will receive a notification when the item goes on sale. Customer can invite friends and see what they are scanning and stores they are shopping in. I would like to make a nicer looking app, with the same principles of this shop savvy app.

Hi, congratulations - it looks like interesting project. We have an idea how to do this project cheaper. Our team did a similar Android and iOS app (similar to shop savvy) successfully. We can use fragments of source code from this app (we have copyrights). In this way we can save 20-40% cost of development.
