Develop a moile game for Android and IOS

HI Experts. I am looking for a mobile game developer to create a very SIMPLE game.

Let me explain:

Its basically a Spinning wheel to be created, similar to the current game on Android called the "Million Dollar Button"..........I want it to look similar but more colourful, I can send the pic off the wheel.

Then, the difference is, I want a local control panel where I can be able to change the amounts on this wheel. It must have a Jackpot amount in $ which I decide, it must have other options like x2, win back, x5, 1/2 , 1/4 and then about 20 0s option.

A user should be able to log in with their email and password, Then, users must be able to buy in the round at $1 paid either by credit card or paypal, once they pay, they can spin once..............to see if they win or not.

If they land on an option, these funds need to be shown on their device in their Piggy Bank, they can either redeem it into their paypal, visa, OR they can use the amount to spin again.

Jackpot - this should be calculated as follows.

All those that buy in to spin, 50% goes into the Jackpot, 50% goes into the sites paypal account.

Users that want to spin must always login with their email and password that changes for security reasons.
