Addin for MS Word and OpenOffice Writer

We need an addin for MS Word and extension for OpenOffice Writer, that will do this: 1. Add custom menus in Word/Writer from entries in SQL database. Multiple levels of entries. 2. Upon clicking a menu item, do a lookup in SQL database and add unformatted text to document. The database have to be constructed and the software written. MORE SPECIFICATIONS There will be two main layers of entries in the database depending on its source: 1. Common entries 2. Custom company entries Common entries are available for all companies. Custom entries only available to that company. Custom entries are superior to common, and if identical entries the custom will be used. Web based installation of the software. We have to identify the company in the software, in order to select the right custom entries. We want that setting to be common and centralized for all the company clients. No settings on each client. We want this to happen automatically if possible. We will know the company name when they download the installation file, and can perhaps create a custom installation file based on that information. Simple installation on each client machine; install and use. A web interface to manage the entries will have to be developed, and that might be part of this project if everything else is quality work.
