Hi, Thank you for posting this interesting project. Now here is how I think it should go. There would be a list of directories which this program will support. Each of the directory would have PR associated with it. You can restrict free user based on sites only. The software would have a back end system through which you should be able to add more sites and remove those that are not working. Payment gateway would be integrated via this back end system only. The software should work on Windows 7 onwards. I would like to base it on .net framework 4.5 and VS 2013. The backend system would have number of web services and SQL Server as back end. Payment details, user details etc. would be stored and verified through this. There should also be a module for live update should any bug is reported in the software or should you decide to add more features to it at a later stage.
