I am an expert in Visual Basic 6. I am instrumentation engineer with PG Diploma in Industrial Automation, that may lowers your efforts of explaining this project. (For example I know what load cell is) I have also experience in working with PLC, SCADA and LabView. I am sure I am best fit for this job.

If I understand properly, you want a windows (C++/C#/VB - I work in C, so c# .NET preferred) to communicate through an ADAM and control/monitor the crusher. I need to know which ADAM model and make sure that I can see how to implement what you want in their API. Note that for me to TEST it, I need an ADAM device, so I may need to adjust the bid commensurate with material costs.

I also have designed systems that communicate withe PLCs over RS232/RS485 communication port, communicate with CNC machines and also have designed machine controllers ( both hardware and firmware) This appears to be a very interesting project and I would like very much to be part of it Will re-quote after discussing with you, all the required details and deciding communication methodology. How does the device/machine connect with the computer (which hardware - USB/serial/Parallel)? Is there any documentation available about the data coming from the machine? We have worked with several equipment but never with the said machine, so would like to know these questions before hand.
