I am looking to develop an iPhone app that will let me keep track of disease symptoms (like headaches) and factors that might contribute to them (like hours of sleep per night, wine consumption, and exercise). The app will facilitate the input of symptom and factor data, will retain the data, and will be able to produce tables and graphs that display the data. The app will also allow for the export of the data, tables, and charts via email and messaging.
