Develop a simple Mac Application

Hi, I am looking for an competent developer to create a simple OSX app. A rhythm diagrams tool for guitarists. Short listed applicants will be sent a screen capture video brief. --- I have created layered graphics in Photoshop that can be configured to create rhythmic diagrams. I am now looking to develop the diagram tool into an app to cater to a wider audience. It consists of roughly 40 arrow graphics that can be switched from visible to invisible to create rhythmic diagrams that can be exported as PNG images with transparent a background. Functionality:  Click on graphics to make them alternate from visible to invisible. Toggle - 12 switches to switch groups of graphics on and off. - Arrows toggle (4 groups) - Counts toggle (4 groups) - Ghost toggle (4 groups) Export - Exporting to 3 PNG sizes (Large, medium, small.) (transparent background) Colour - Option to change colour of all count arrows (red ones) - Option to change colour of all count arrows (black ones) User Templates Users will need to be able to save their own preset configurations of visible in no visible graphics as user templates. - Open - Save - Save as (10 ready to use templates included, I will supply the arrow configurations for these templates.) 2 different types of rhythm displays 8th & 16th Supplied: - Layered photoshop files of graphics used. - App Icon Additions Requirements: Assistance setting up my Apple developer account and submitting the app. Bug fixing up to 5 days after app goes live on app store. (Final payment after these 5 days.) Project broken down into 4 milestones paying a portion after each stage is completed. All source files and code. Statement of client ownership of app, source files and code.
