This project has two tasks. The first task is to create a file upload Web Service in asp.net and vb.net . The second task is to create a Web Services client in VB6 which calls the File Upload web service. # Details The Web Service takes a user name, password and file path as parameters. It authenticates the user name and password. For this project, you can assume that any username and password are OK. The web service uploads the file to the c:\upload folder on the web server. It should be able to accept and a large file, up to 100MB. As a return value, the Web Service should include a URL to the uploaded file, a description, and an error number. For this project, the returned URL can be simply http://localhost/<uploadFileName>, The description can be "File Uploaded Successfully" The error number can be 0. For this project, assume that the Web Service will run on the URL http://localhost. The Web Service is to use asp.net and vb.net. The second task is to create a Web Service client which calls the File upload web service. This client must be written in VB6 and run in the Windows environment, The web service client should have a single screen which contains user name, password and file name fields as well as a submit button. It should also contain a submit button. When the user presses the submit button, the VB6 client should call the file upload web service. It should display the results returned from the web service. # Technologies The Web Service is us be developed in asp.net, vb.net and the .net framework version 3.5. If possible it should use Visual Web Developer Express 2008. The Web Service client should be developed in VB6
