Coldfusion/ASP Expert Required

I am looking for a Cold Fusion and ASP expert (5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions).? ? The project will be to accomplish? the following tasks, which we would like a fixed bid for: - Debug existing custom shopping-cart built in Cold Fusion - Add PayPal as a payment option (must have strong knowledge with PayPal IPN and creating custom payment gateways) - Integrate an affiliate tracking software built in ASP into the cart so we can track referral sales. - Windows 2003 Server Administration skills to implement above items.
