Assistance in completing a leads assignment module that does the following: Distributes leads from a database of close to a million businesses among 30 or more account reps. Leads are assigned weekly based on upcoming seminars for which the reps are to sell seats. Allows the administrator to select a seminar from a dropdown list of seminars that is generated from the database. (this part is done) Enter a mileage figure from the seminar location, along with several other parameters such as business types (Based on SIC code) that should be excluded. Based on the above, change parameters until a desired leads count is obtained. (All of the above is working) In Step 2, modify the mileage radius to any number (higher or lower). Select the radius from a zip code other than the seminar's zip code. Select a specific state Specify sales revenue range (minimum and maximum or just fill one of them in) Specify SIC codes to include (from a dropdown) Specify Business types from a text box Select reps from a dropdown list or select all. Click an Assign to Reps button to have the code distribute the leads to the reps by adding them to a separate table, while updating the master table to indicate the status of the leads.
## Deliverables
This code is 90% completed, but not totally functional. Specifically we need: 1. a code review to determine if our logic is the correct logic for accomplishing the task. 2. Further code review for efficiency 3. To make the final step work.
## Platform
MS SQL Server 2000, Classic ASP on an IIS 6/Windows 2003 server. Platform is set up for .NET however we don't have the expertise in house to do the project in .NET. Not opposed to having the module redone in .NET or even in VB.Net if that's you're recommendation and expertise.
