Custom Script + Design

I'm looking for an experienced ASP or PHP script coder, I'm looking to compete with successful sites such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] . If you have a serious interest in this project I strongly suggest that you sign up to the above 3 mentioned sites, study these sites, their script, user-friendliness, and design. I want to come in and be a strong competitor with a superior script and DESIGN. I have very high expectations on this project so I suggest that the best effort is put into this project, I want to make sure this is a secure script and will not lead to troubles, I also want to make sure you are very easily reachable and available in case a problem in the script comes up (if there is something wrong in the script I do not plan to pay for the error). I will also however pay for further upgrades once the script gets going. I also want banner and other promotional graphics and links to attract customers once the script has been set up. The design and flexibility of the admin panel is what I look for the most, I want this script to be similar to the competitor sites but noticabily superior. The script is a pay-per-offer completion type incentive site script, once again please sign up at the above mentioned sites to make sure you understand this script and could make one superior than all the other mentioned sites.
