Please view the other files section for the word document that explains full product details of what exactly needs to be done! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows : a) The software is intended for distribution so it will need to contain a software installation package, license agreement acceptance, and security features that will install the software with the License key which can be valid for 5 day, 10 days, 15 days, intervals of 1 month, intervals of 1 year, and lifetime key. We need to be able to give this key to the license holders in order for the program to work for them. If they are using any key that expires at a certain amount of days, at the end of the days it needs to prompt them to get another key from our company in which we will issue via email through your system developed. When we say prompt, there should be somewhere on the software that says you have ___ days before you need to renew your license. After there are no more days a button should appear to take them to our website. They should not be able to hack the program and make it work without a key. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) we have exclusive rights to the software and it may not be resold or the source code modified to complete another project. 5) the program will need to go through a beta phase to make sure all bugs are out and it is properly downloading and sychronizing with the shopping carts and the information. ## Platform The program needs to operate on all windows platforms such as 98/99/200/XP and Etc. The program needs to use free embedded database such as SQLite or Firebird, so there is no licenses for our customers to install to use the program. We are open to the programming language used to develop the software, but keep GUI in mind per our requirements.
