Develop subscription (PayPal) module for TheBeerHouse ASP.NET Starter Kit

I want a coder to program a "Subscription" service into TheBeerHouse. I would like a simple module to allow the authenticated user to "Request a subscription" (only one will ever exist) and once this is clicked and after the proper tables in the database are populated the user is then sent to paypal to agree to the subscription. The account will, if the paypal transaction is successfull, have a flag that states that the user is subscribed. Furthermore, the system must be ready to receive paypal's subscription IPN and remove the flag if the subscription fails in the future. The subscription details has not yet be created. The purpose of this project is for someone to modify TheBeerHouse so that it supports subscriptions without necessarily putting a subscription management backend (I want the subscription backend + IPN from paypal). I'm available for any question you may have. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
