automating moving files around

we are a real estate company and everyday we receive about 10,000 images of houses. They come to us in 1 giant folder but we need to sort them based on the filename. Example filename [login to view URL] would need to be put in a folder named 56 Filename [login to view URL] would need to be put in a folder named 54 Filename [login to view URL] would need to be put in a folder named 77 and so on. I want someone to make a script that will auotmate this for me
