detect browser in php

Hi, I want my website to have a php script that detects the browser being used, and then shows different css files depenging on what browser it detects. Basically, if a mobile user like iphone is browsing the site, i want the iphone css used so its smaller. Like this to detect: < ?php $browser = strpos($_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'],"iPhone"); if ($browser == true) { echo 'Code You Want To Execute'; } ?> Requirements: 1) php must detect browser type and optimize viewing for that device, I might want it to use different css files depending as well, id like to talk to the developer about the best way to do this, maybe different html instead of css? 2) right now the html is integrated with the php, I want the developer to separate static content from php. I think this is really easy, just removing the content and using an include to add it back in.
