Activation Code Software + Simple website(repost)

First I have a simple website that needs to be redone in PHP/MySQL. nothing fancy just professional looking. Use same colors fonts on the existing website. 7 pages total. No content management system needed. just straight pages. Next and more important I need some activation code software that I can use to activate a VB6 program. I don't know how all this works but I want to issue an activation code via the website. I also want to sell the software on the website so I'll need a shopping cart of somekind. The current site is [login to view URL] You will not have access to my server. I can install the pages and database as needed and you can test from there. I do not have a database for this website yet so you will need to create that. ADDENDUM: The activation code software needs to be strong. I can't sell one copy of the software and then activate that and have them share it across the company. Each individual copy of the software needs it's own activation code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux
