Application to recover deleted files

I am looking for a developer who can develop an application allowing to recover deleted files. It should have all the features of following application but also support FAT system (and not only NTFS): [login to view URL] The top menu bar should be an XP look (like Internet Explorer) with buttons of 48x48 in size. The icons will be provided later. Two icons should be for: - support with a link to a web page (use [login to view URL] for now) - for a help file (chm) that should also be launched when the user hits the F1 button. When launching the app, it should open a tips on startup window (tips should be read from a file called [login to view URL]) Please provide timing when bidding and if you would make it in VB or C++. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
