Odds scraper and interface for Betfair - particular sports vital (Baseball, US Football, Cricket and Tennis), others optional (Basketball would be advantageous) - Collects and stores market history and market movement graph on demand *and* automatically just prior to a market closing (Note: Market time is included in the rules section). This must be performed via a webscrape, as API access is not available. - Also collect prices from the bookmakers (easily available from a site like tip-ex) and store these for comparison. - Monitors in-running markets, storing the price at regular intervals (to be specified - 1minute, 5minutes, 10minutes, manual trigger). - Allows placing of conditional bets (If Market Price <= 1.5, then bet else wait) - for both in running and constant markets. This has two uses. 1) I may want to bet only if a team goes over 3.00, or I may want to lay off my bet if the situation dictates at the same price I initially bet during an in-running market. 3) Auto bet based on events detected by a webscrape of live cricket commentry website (cricinfo) (ie fall of wicket) - Report generation (Optional, please specify if it's included in your bid). Reports should be generated on my betting activity. - Report generation (Not Optional) - Reports on market prices, should include market description. I.E. For Tennis (1.88 S. Williams vs 2.12 Sharapova) where 1.88 and 2.12 link to a market history for that player. 5) Windows or Web interface. If windows, should be C++ or Java, if web should be PHP/mySQL. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP or a web server running PHP/mySQL.
