Create Exciting GUI in C++

We are looking for a designer to put an exciting user interface onto our C++ application (currently in Borland C++ but you can convert if required). We have created the code for a secure deletion application. However the program needs a bright Windows XP-style user interface. This bid request is to create that user interface. When launched, the application will display an XP style screen, with a "recycle bin fire" in the middle of the screen. The instructions will tell the users to drag-and-drop files onto the fire. A confirmation button at the bottom of the screen, will enable the user to click and delete all items in the "fire". The fire will then animate and visually "burn" the files. There will be Explorer integration too, so the user can right-click on a file and select to run our application. When they do this, they should be prompted "Are you sure?" and then the animation plays. The code is ready-to-run, however we're really looking for an EXCELLENT USER INTERFACE EXPERT. Thanks for your time! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
