C code debug

I have some C code that needs to be compiled and run under windows and fedora. It was working on an old linux box before but I have? problems compiling under windows. Not too sure what needs to be tweaked to get it working so I can compile anywhere since I dont really know C too well. the software uses maximun likelyhood to classify landcover in an image dataset. The code is attached below.? Zip contains: -source code also included in case it helps are other files that came to me in the zip file -compiled program and obj files (however this does not seem to run on windows either right now..) -Folder 'BU'? contains the files I am not sure what differences if any there are so that may be ignored. -Folder 'DATA' Not sure if this is needed either.
