Create a Drupal 7 Template to feed info automatically from content type

You want us to make 1) a template for the property detail page 2) arranging some block and 3) modifying search functionality 4) modifying Mortgage Calculator 5) Print view of the property detail page 6) Email the property page. We understand a block on the right column will display information about the agent. Do you want to email only the link of the property page or the template will all the content of the property page?
