BEP v2 changes(repost)

The attached delphi program needs to be adjusted to have this additional functionality: 1) The print function needs to be updated to print to the user's chosen printer. 2) Help->About should be copyrighted through 2009 3) Can the following menu shortcuts be added in the style of IE (where the CTRL code is shown on the right) with the functionality necessary to make the CTRL codes work? i) File->New CTRL+N ii) File->Open CTRL+O iii) File->Save CTRL+S iv) File->Print CTRL+P v) File->Exit ALT+F4 vi) Help->Help F1 4) Auto detect the formatting from the system's Regional and Language Options and use the settings for displaying and editing of numbers. So, for example, a user with the Galician setting of ?'? 123.456.789,00 could enter numbers like that and have the display show the ?'? symbol (changing the money character is important). 5) The default category edit tool should allow the user through either drag-and-drop or up/down arrows to re-order the categories to the user-preferred order. Please choose whichever method is easiest for you to implement. This order should be preserved and affect the order that categories are displayed throughout the program. 6) Add File->Import which will allow the user to select a character-delimited file or Excel file from their computer and import it. The import tool must allow the user to select the delimiter (e.g. comma, pipe, tab, etc) for delimited files (or auto-detect, whichever is easiest to implement). Also, the user must be able to select which columns from the imported file correspond to the editable fields in sales and cost, variable expenses, fixed expenses. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Same as original program
