Desktop .NET Emailer Software To Be Reprogrammed In Delphi

This is a very simple recoding project for a good Delphi programmer. I currently have full source code to a desktop build/mass email sender programme that I would like reprogammed from .NET to Delphi for a number of reasons I wont go into now. In addition I want the following 10 points changed as it is being reprogrammed: (note i will confirm name of prog and links to successful bidder) 1- Rebrand thruought to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 2- Reprogramme in Delphi 3- Remove all formats of import (ie txt) and make import only in csv file (csv file structure to be firstname , lastname, email address) 4- Remove merge facility 5- In receipients menu remove the following: select unsent select sent select bad email select failed inverse select 6- In options make the send method only via Outlook / outlook express (no other options) 7- When sending mail remove request from Outlook /Outlook Express and automatically send 8- In Help menu link Online guide to : [login to view URL] 9- In Help menu change the about box to match No1 and also link the About Us to [login to view URL] 10- In Help menu remove send feedbak and check for update 11 - If possible make the product look more modern, ie like windows xp buttons etc, colour scheme must still be blue and white with silver backgrounds. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Fullworking programme and source code. Plus 45 days support after programme completition to resolve and issues.
