ASP.net / Web Design

I am currently making a web site for framing pictures and need help with several pages in asp.net (using vb) and dhtml. The main problems are to produce a drag and drop interface for the picture within the frame and displaying the relevent sizesin centimetres from pixels. I have actually done the intitial pages and dhtml so all functionality is nearly there but it needs to be finished. Files are in the 'workshop' folder and [login to view URL] really shows what I am aiming for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
