ArcIMS Tool(repost)

Hi, This bid request is for an enhancement to an existing ArcIMS tool. Below is the description of the existing tool: _**What it currently does: **_ 1. Select a "Project Polygon" and bring back a a list of drawings and their attribute information related to the project using the Project_Number field. 2. An Access database as all the related attribute information and the images are located on a network drive. 2. A "JPEGViewer" was used to open the drawing images, option to preview a thumbnail of the image and save the image are also included. 3. If there are no images available, the message "No as-builts available for this project" appears. _**Enhancement to be done: **_ 1. When the message "No As-Bulits available" appears, add a link asking the user if they want to "Search Construction Drawings for the same project". 2. Search an access database loacted on the network for the selected Project_Number field and list all the Construction Drawings that are in PDF format. The access database has only 3 fields Drawing_Number, Project_Number and Project_Desc. 3. "Adode Acrobat 6.0([login to view URL])" should be used to open the PDF files, option to preview the thumbnail image and save them should be included. 4. Display the above three attributes from the access database with the Drawing_Number as a hyperlink to click on and open the PDF image. Will send test data and source code files, demo the current tool after accepting the bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Software: ArcIMS 9.0 Programming: ASP and HTML code Server: Windows 2003 Other: Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Internet Explorer 6.0
